Refund Policy: Once the Article Processing Charges (APC) have been paid, they are non-refundable. However, in the event of accidental duplicate payments, authors may request a refund by providing relevant proof of the duplicate payment. Our diligent payroll team will verify the details and process the refund promptly, ensuring fairness and transparency in all financial transactions.
