How to find your UTR / Transaction ID

The UTR is a 12-digit reference number your bank creates for every UPI payment. It lets us match your payment quickly.

PhonePe

  1. Open the app and tap History.
  2. Select your payment to the journal.
  3. Copy the UTR shown under the transaction details.

Google Pay

  1. Open your chat with the journal or tap Show transaction history.
  2. Tap the payment.
  3. Copy the UPI transaction ID.

Paytm

  1. Tap Balance & History.
  2. Open the payment.
  3. Copy the UPI Ref No.

BHIM / bank apps

  1. Open the transaction history.
  2. Select the payment.
  3. Copy the UPI Ref ID / UTR.
